Since 2017, Naylor Research has conducted the data analysis for PatientView’s annual survey of patient groups. The survey provides essential patient feedback to more than 40 major pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Astra Zeneca and Roche. The report is used to inform future policy relating to more than 100 different medical conditions across 90 countries. In 2023 we developed a series of KPI metrics that will provide clients with additional historical and future performance data.
Naylor Research has been working with Social Life since 2013, including studies that have been published in the Journal of Sustainability Research.
In 2021 we began working with both Social Life and People's Health Trust on a study of the impact of participation in PHT's programmes. This is what PHT had to say about our work on Wave 3...
"Thank you, Alix and the team for a truly excellent and insightful report with lots of really valuable learning for us about the programmes and participants. It’s a testament to Social Life that we are still learning so much about the mechanisms in the theory of change and we’re already looking forward to Wave 4."
We’ve been the lead research partner for Lumivo since 2014, analysing data from internet-based studies for a diverse range of international business sectors, including insurance, telecoms and shipping. Online customer experience data is measured, and key driver analysis identifies the factors driving brand perceptions, purchase likelihood and other key elements such as brand loyalty and recommendations. Clients include Sony, DFDS Ferries and Manchester City FC.
